| BRIEF HISTORY: Strong as the cocktail by the same name is our Mai Tai! Super pregnant, she was abandoned by her Western owner after he closed his bar for low season. She gave birth to 5 puppies at LAW but only two survived.CHARACTER: Lovable and friendly, she likes going into the forest and exploring by herself and also enjoys telling the younger ones off.APPROX YEAR OF BIRTH: 2001 |

| BRIEF HISTORY: Her name means ‘chubby’ in Thai, however Puyi has lost a lot of weight since we named her! She was dumped on the road along with her three sisters as a puppy. She had problems with her teeth and unfortunately lost most of the front ones. She’s the only survivor of the litter; her sisters died of parvo disease.CHARACTER: Puyi is always quiet and calm in her cage. She is very obedient and will come to you when you call her.APPROX YEAR OF BIRTH: 2005 |

| Sorry came to LAW because she was attracted to a dog when she was in heat (that was before she was spayed and he was neutered!). She hasn’t left us since.CHARACTER: She makes strange noises (like a pig) when she’s happy. Sorry is about 4-5 years old.APPROX YEAR OF BIRTH: 2004 |

| BRIEF HISTORY: Zip has a special story. A creative local man rescued her from the road where she was about to be run over and brought her to us. Being Muslim, he couldn’t touch her so he put plastic bags around his hands and picked her up!CHARACTER: She loves cuddles and can be a bit anxious but only needs to be reassured.APPROX YEAR OF BIRTH: 2006 |

| BRIEF HISTORY: She was dumped on Long Beach, but as it wasn’t her territory she was being picked on by the other dogs. A tourist couple wanted to have her sterilised so brought her to LAW, where she has stayed ever since.CHARACTER: Friendly and playful with humans, submissive to other dogs.APPROX YEAR OF BIRTH: 2006 |

| BRIEF HISTORY: We found her when she was just eight weeks old and had been dumped behind LAW. She had a wound on her lower back but after a week of treatment she was just fine.CHARACTER: Best friends with Lila, she’s very friendly and shows affection by dropping her ears back and letting out a low growl! | BRIEF HISTORY: She was rescued when someone called us saying that they heard her screaming and thought someone was cutting her tail off. It turned out she had a major problem with her intestine and needed surgery to remove part of it.
