Adoption Center

We have about 30 shelter dogs and about 20 cats of different sizes and personalities, both puppies/kittens and adult animals. All have a history of neglect and/or abuse and are in great need of your love and affection.

All our animals are spayed/neutered and rabies vaccinated. Most dogs are trained to go on a leash. The cats are used to being outside during the day and in their houses during night.

If you want to take a cat or dog home we can help with the whole process, whether it’s here in Thailand or back to your home country. Potential local adopters must fill out a screening form and will usually require a home visit.

We also arrange fostering with local families who want to look after an animal on the island for a few months. This is ideal for adopted cats and dogs in quarantine as they can learn how to live within a home environment.

For adoptions abroad we will ensure the animal is fully vaccinated, has the necessary blood tests and fulfils the quarantine regulations (normally three months in Thailand only). We help with all the paperwork requirements and work together with Soi Dog Foundation to arrange international flights from Phuket. It’s easier than you think!
